AM LIFE works with multiple carriers but does not represent every insurance company or every plan available in every market. A recommendation or comparison is limited to products AM LIFE and its brokers are licensed, appointed, certified, and authorized to discuss or offer in the applicable state.

Policy terms control

All insurance policies contain terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, eligibility rules, and provisions governing continuation or termination. Website descriptions are summaries only. The issued policy, certificate, Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits and Coverage, carrier contract, and applicable government documents control.

No guarantee

Information, comparisons, appointments, applications, and premium indications do not guarantee issuance, eligibility, subsidy qualification, effective dates, provider participation, prescription coverage, benefits, rates, underwriting results, or claim payment.

Compensation

AM LIFE does not charge the people we serve a separate fee for consultations, education, comparisons, enrollment assistance, or ongoing brokerage support. Medicare

AM LIFE is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Medicare plan availability and broker representation vary by service area, carrier contract, and year. Official Medicare information is available from Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE.

Marketplace and enrollment consent

Before AM LIFE assists with a Marketplace eligibility application or enrollment, required consumer consent and application-review confirmation must be documented. Consent may be withdrawn through the process described in the consent record, but required documentation may still need to be retained.
