AM LIFE is committed to making our information and services accessible to people with disabilities and to providing effective communication in a format that works for the individual.

Our approach

We work to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, meaningful headings, text alternatives, responsive layouts, browser zoom, clear links, and form instructions. We use recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, as a practical benchmark while continuing to test and improve the experience.

Request assistance or an alternative format

If any part of the site is difficult to use, contact us. We can help by telephone, email, video, or another reasonable communication method and can provide website information in an alternative format when reasonably available.

Third-party services

Some functions, such as appointment scheduling, government resources, or carrier systems, are provided by third parties. We do not control every aspect of those systems, but we will help identify another reasonable way to receive assistance when possible.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time certification. We review reported barriers and make reasonable corrections as the site and its services evolve.
